Differences in Remote Online Notarization Documents
Introduction: A notary is an impartial act performed by a lawyer appointed by central or state government. He or she are authorized to seal any deeds, wills, banking documents etc. and verify its authentication. Notaries public work with any company, bank, institutions, and/or business firms, verifying legal documents and attaching his or her seal and signature after proper verification of the signer. To notarize a document , there are two ways – offline and online. Offline notarization – This process is an old traditional way of doing notarization. The process demands the physical presence of both the parties as in – the client and the notary public. In this process the signer needs to carry all the unsigned documents physically to the notary public. In presence of the client or witness (if there is anyone), the signer will need to sign all the documents.
