Differences in Remote Online Notarization Documents
Introduction: A notary is an impartial act performed by a lawyer appointed by central or state government. He or she are authorized to seal any deeds, wills, banking documents etc. and verify its authentication. Offline notarization –

The steps to follow for online process –
- Upload your original, unsigned documents on the site. You can sign it only in presence of the notary public.
- You can pre-fill fields like - name, contact details, residential/official address etc. Then you can validate your photo identity proof.
- After completion of the above steps, now connect with notary. Through video call you will be connected with a licensed notary public. This typically takes less than three minutes.
- Sign the documents using online signature app or as instructed by your notary public over the video chat. As you complete the notarize document process, it is done and download the file. You can print it or share online.
- This procedure typically takes no more than ten minutes.
- The fees can be transferred online with full safety measures. As proof of payment the client will receive the payment receipt from the portal instantly.
Types of notarial acts –
- Acknowledgements are necessary for document of valuable assets like deeds, mortgages.
- Jurats to be signed to ensure the truth of the documents.
- The verbal oath or affirmation is also very important to prove the truthfulness of a client.
- A copy certification is required to confirm the originality of any document.
