Introduction: Document notarization is very important for any work field, for property selling-buying process, etc. Notarization has become an essential part now a days. To proof the authentication of any document, deed, certificate etc., need to be notarized whether through notary services online or offline.
There are online, offline both notarization services available. Another mode of notarization is to do it through bank. Any nationalized bank has a desk, from where people can fulfill the requirement of their notarization.
For offline notarization the process remains traditional. In involves getting the appointment of the notary public in person, then meeting him/her with all the necessary documents in person again on the day of notarization. If require the client might have to appear in the court for further notarial acts like acknowledgement, jurat, oath taking, certification etc. Thus completes the offline notarization process.
Now, come to the notary services online – the term is self-explanatory. It involves a digital platform, and starting from taking appointment to signing the document, paying the service charge of the notary public, each and every step can be done online only. If there is no system/technical error, then online notarization is considered as the fastest mode of document notarization process.
Conclusion: Usually, notarization takes place in presence of the notary public and the signer. Before notarization, the notary public verifies the photo identity prof of the signer, along with oath taking procedure, verifying the witnesses etc. Therefore, any mode of notarization out of these three can be opted for. Although, acceptability of notary services online is maximum in number.
