Finding a Local Notary Public is No More Stressful

I have been in the business where I need regular notarization. For that I prefer working with my local notary public. And, the best part is his office is close to my shop.  Reaching him out, any time of the day wasn’t a big deal. But, the pandemic messed it up.  Like everyone, I was also clueless about what’s going to happen in the next couple of months. Seems my business transactions was completely at halt, because without a notary,  how will I  be  able to carry  out the  day to day  works? At least the legal transactions would definitely need a notary.

Luckily,  I  come  across a friend in  the  neighborhood ( a  good  Samaritan  indeed!) who   told  me  that notarization  can  be  done  online. Like everything else, online notarization can make your job hassle free than ever.  Guess what, I even discovered my local notary public signing up for offering notarization online.

The other  day, when  I  reached out to download a notary app from  my  Android  phone,  I  was  literally surprised to see  the  review  that  notary apps  have  such a  huge  range of users.  Even the local notary public,  I  used to work  with is  joining the  club  of electronic notarization.  Thanks Goodness, at least I had the opportunity to get my documents notarized.  Doesn’t matter if it is  online or  offline. The  purpose is  served and  that’s  enough for me.

The Advantages of Using Online Notary Services

When documents need to be notarized quickly or at a specific location, using online notary signing services is a must. Online notarization offers a number of benefits in both personal and business settings,  and  you can get the  opportunity to work with  your local notary public.

Real estate transactions: Being able to close at any location is a huge benefit for real estate agents. Mobile notaries can provide the notary signing services necessary to close at the agent's or client's location of choice, whether it be at a local coffee shop or at the home being closed.

Title and escrow transactions: Time is often of the essence when title and escrow transactions are taking place, and mobile signing makes it easier for title and escrow companies to have legal documents notarized on short notice.

Mortgage and lending transactions: In fast-paced financial industries, a transaction which takes place several hours late can mean the difference between $1000s in interest rates or funding. Fast notarization of legal documents ensures lending transactions happen on time or ahead of schedule.

Final thoughts

Well, for me  online  notarization works  wonder.  Firstly,  it offers better quality control and more standardized service. Also, you can get to work  with the  local notary public anytime and  from the  comfort of your home.
